Crawl a small site

Follow links or use a URL list, then review page failures and cross-page findings.

What you will get

You will have a multi-page result with per-page findings and a clear record of pages that failed to scan.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the crawl hub in Chrome and the extension side panel on that tab.

  2. In Scan, enable Site Crawl. Choose follow-links mode for the linked demo pages, or use URL-list mode with explicit demo URLs.

  3. Set a modest page cap and keep the target within the same site. Start the crawl and watch progress and page failures.

  4. Review findings by page and across the crawl. Check the navigation-order finding against the pages involved rather than assuming one isolated page is wrong.

  5. Export JSON to keep the full set of page results and failures together.

Check your result

  • Which URLs were scanned, skipped, or failed?
  • Do findings remain associated with their page?
  • Can you reproduce a cross-page issue by visiting both pages?
